Our programs target intractable cancers, with the aim of creating innovative, safe and effective targeted medicines, based on new biological and new chemical entities.
Our rigorous review process for each R&D program is designed to ensure an innovative pipeline with a high likelihood of clinical success, without compromising safety.
We attempt to identify biomarkers for trial enrichment and aim to maximize patient benefit by developing optimal drug combinations as well as combination therapy options.
EU and FDA inspected/approved Manufacturing Facilities
Unlike many other mid-sized biotech companies, we have in-house good manufacturing practice (GMP) manufacturing and conjugation facilities for both mAbs and ADCs, right up to early commercial launch scale.
About 200 highly qualified employees are working in our state-of-the art research and development and GMP production facilities. Our activities stretch across 73,000 square meters, the equivalent of 10 soccer fields.
